• Participants are free to enter and leave the venue throughout the event. Please be sure to carry the name badge provided at registration when exiting. Re-entry will not be permitted without a valid name badge.
• Some talk sessions may be standing-room only due to capacity limitations.
• Photography and video recording for promotional and publicity purposes will take place during the event.
• Please note that dedicated workspace facilities will not be available.
• Solicitation, promotional activities, or recruitment related to religion, politics, labor movements, multi-level marketing (MLM), or any other activities deemed inappropriate by the organizers are strictly prohibited. Participants engaging in such activities may be asked to leave the event.
